DPG

The DPG is a standard pressure gauge for measuring overpressure and differential pressure.

The DPG series differential pressure gauges are engineered for HVAC/R applications. The DPG series devices detect air and non-corrosive gas pressures (differential and positive) and provide a clear analog display of the measured values. The DPG series devices include field adjustable zero point calibration and overpressure protection.

DPG/PS

Combination of a differential pressure gauge and a differential pressure switch

In many situations filter monitoring requires an alarm signal and a local display. Our filter alerts are the right solution for these situations. The DPG/PS filter alerts combine differential pressure switches with gauges into one practical product offering.

The DPI includes the following field selectable features: • Configurable switching point: Open on rise or fall in pressure • Hysteresis of setpoint • Measurement units (Pa, kPa, mmWC, inWC, mbar) • Measurement range (4 ranges per model) • Output signal (0−10 V, NO/NC) • Span and zero point calibration

DPT-2W

Multi-range differential pressure transmitters with 2-wire configuration

DPT-2W series differential pressure transmitters are engineered for building automation in the HVAC/R industry. The DPT-2W measure static and differential pressure and they have a field selectable range.

DPT-2W series devices include: • 8 field selectable measurement ranges, unidirectional or bi-directional, selectable via jumper • Pressure measurement in Pa • 4-20 mA 2-wire current loop configuration

DPT-CTRL

DPT-Ctrl is a multifunctional PID controller with differential pressure or air flow transmitter.

DPT-Ctrl enables to control constant pressure or flow of fans, VAV systems or dampers. Its two lined display shows the direction of the control output and the measurement value at the same time. It is possible to select either current or voltage for both the control output and the differential pressure or flow output. The optional autozero function eliminates the need for periodic manual zero point calibration.

DPT-CTRL-MOD

Multifunctional two-setpoint PID controller with differential pressure or air flow transmitter and Modbus communication.

DPT-Ctrl-MOD enables to control constant pressure or flow of fans, VAV systems or dampers. In addition, the controller is fully programmable via Modbus.

The DPT-Ctrl-MOD includes an Input terminal that enables the reading of multiple signals such as temperature or control relays over Modbus. The Input terminal has one input channel designed to accept 0−10 V, NTC10k, Pt1000, Ni1000/(-LG), and BIN IN (potential free contact) signals.

The device has a binary input to select between two user-adjustable setpoints. The desired setpoint can be selected, for example, with weekly clock, turn switch or key card switch.

DPT-Dual

Field adjustable, multi-range differential pressure transmitters with two pressure sensors for air

DPT-Dual series differential pressure transmitters are engineered for building automation in the HVAC/R industry. DPT-Dual is a technologically advanced transmitter measuring static and differential pressure from two different points, with field selectable units, range and output, all in a single device.

DPT-Dual series devices include:

• Multiple measurement units, field selectable via jumper, including: inWC, mmWC, Pa, mbar. • 8 field selectable measurement ranges, unidirectional or bi-directional, selectable via jumper.

DPT-DUAL-MOD

Field adjustable differential pressure transmitter with two pressure sensors for air and an Input terminal for two analog inputs for external signal conversion into Modbus.

DPT-Dual-MOD combines two differential pressure transmitters into one device. It offers a possibility to measure pressure from two different points. It has a Modbus interface and an Input terminal. When using the Input terminal, temperature transmitters can be replaced with temperature sensors. As a result you will save in costs of the devices and in the installation costs. The AHU model that includes an air flow transmitter has been designed especially for ventilation units.

DPT-Dual-MOD series devices include: • Multiple measurement units, field selectable via menu, including: Pa, mbar, inchWC, mmWC and psi. • Input terminal enabling reading of multiple other signals such as temperature or control relays over Modbus

DPT-FlOW

DPT-Flow is a flow transmitter that provides a new and easy way to measure the flow rate on centrifugal fans.

One device is suitable for a range of different fan types. It also provides an easy way to measure flow rate in a duct system. The device is supplied with an optional FloXactTM averaging measurement probe.

Usage

The DPT-Flow is designed for air handling units to measure the air flow on centrifugal fans. The DPT-Flow can be used as an on-site display for flow or as a transmitter to regulate the air flow on a selected fan or blower.

The DPT-Flow can also be used in the duct system or in air handling units as an on-site display for flow or as a transmitter to regulate the air flow in a duct. The device can be used with several different measurement probes such as FloXactTM or pitot tube, and air dampers. The requirement is that the K-value of the measurement probe or damper is known.

DPT-FlOW-BATT

User-friendly on-site display for air flow or differential presure designed for environments and applications where electricity is not available.

One device is suitable for a range of different fan types. It also provides an easy way to measure flow rate in a duct system for example together with a FloXactTM averaging measurement probe.

Usage

The DPT-Flow-Batt is an on-site display designed for air handling units to measure the air flow on centrifugal fans. The DPT-Flow-Batt can also be used in the duct system as an on-site display for flow. The device can be used with several different measurement probes such as FloXactTM or pitot tube, and air dampers. The requirement is that the K-value of the measurement probe or damper is known.

DPT-IO-MOD

Differential pressure transmitter with Modbus communication and Input terminal

The DPT-IO-MOD differential pressure transmitter for air conforms to Modbus over serial line protocol using RTU transmission mode and RS485 interface. The digital output signal is sent over Modbus enabling the DPT-IO-MOD to connect directly to a field communications network.

DPT-IO-MOD requires less wiring than the traditional 3-wire transmitters since multiple devices can be connected on serial line.

The DPT-IO-MOD includes an Input terminal that enables reading of multiple other signals such as temperature or control relays over Modbus. The Input terminal has two input channels designed to accept 0−10 V, NTC10k, Pt1000, Ni1000/(-LG), and BIN IN (potential free contact) signals. For example, DPT-IO-MOD can read values from one differential pressure measurement point and two temperature measurement points. Hence, the DPT-IO-MOD does the work of three transmitters.
